The English edition is being built

Psychiatry Evidence Base publishes in French. Analyses, decision trees and simulators are translated one at a time, and this page grows as each one arrives.

What already exists in English is listed first below. Everything else stays greyed out, and the links still work, so you can open any page and translate it yourself.

Evidence-based psychiatry

A French-language review. Every study is read, appraised and scored before publication, and every guideline assessed against AGREE II.

Psychiatry Evidence Base

Psychiatry Evidence Base is an independent French-language scientific journal devoted to evidence-based psychiatry. The aim is not to produce more content, but more knowledge that is actually useful when a clinical decision has to be made.

Every study is read in full and appraised: design, population, effect size, confidence intervals, conflicts of interest, external validity. Guidelines are scored item by item against AGREE II rather than summarised. What is demonstrated, what is merely suggested and what is expert opinion are kept apart, and said so.

Guiding principle: scientific credibility always comes before reach. We would rather publish less and publish better.
