This is not a matter of availability, it is a matter of medical ethics: medical advice is given after an examination, not in writing at a distance on the strength of a summary. The detail is on the disclaimer page. Writing here opens no course of care and creates no care relationship.

Report an error

A review that critiques the literature must accept being critiqued the same way. A figure that does not match the source, a misattributed reference, a wrong DOI or PMID, a conclusion the publication does not support, a dead link: all of this can be reported, and corrected.

1. You writeGive the page address, the exact passage, and, if you have it, the source that contradicts it. A precise report is handled within an hour, a vague one within a week.
2. Acknowledgement within 72 hoursYou know the message has arrived and is being reviewed.
3. Verification against the primary sourceThe original publication is reviewed, full text and supplementary material included. Not the abstract, not the internal file, not memory.
4. Correction within thirty days, and a reply in every caseIf the error is confirmed, the article is corrected and carries a visible update date. If the report is not upheld, you receive the reason, with the supporting reference.

Nothing is corrected silently. A correction that touches a figure in the main result, a reference, or the meaning of a conclusion is flagged in plain text in the article, dated. Corrections of form, spelling, a link, or layout, pass without mention.

Every report is logged with its date, its subject, and the outcome it was given.
